Kat is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of experience in driving strategic people initiatives across multinational organisations and dynamic start-up environments. Her expertise spans the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to fostering inclusive cultures that prioritise employee wellbeing.
As a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources (CPHR, MAHRI, MA) Kat is recognised for her ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing organisational effectiveness. Her diverse background includes P&C and leadership roles at PwC, Xerox, and Ipsos MORI, where she has successfully implemented transformative programs focused on diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
Kat’s passion for creating supportive and inclusive workplaces is evident in her recent work at PwC Australia where she was responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing strategy that fostered a more diverse and inclusive culture at PwC, extending this work to external clients. The strategy resulted in increased representation of underrepresented groups, improved employee wellbeing sentiment, and the establishment of robust monitoring and evaluation processes.
With a strong academic foundation, including a Master's in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's in Business Psychology, Kat combines her theoretical knowledge with practical experience to deliver innovative solutions.
